what type of products do you have to choose from?
We carry just about every style of apparel imagineable. Available in many of the major brand companies. If you can't find what you're looking for online...contact us and if it's made we can get it.
How are the t-shirts printed?
We use the screen printing process for all apparel printing. The artwork or design is exposed onto a screen (one color per screen) and then setup on a screen printing press and printed. The shirts are then run through a conveyor belt dryer to fully cure.
If I already have the artwork in a file on my computer how do I send it to you?
There are two ways. The file can be emailed to sales@innothreadgraphics.com. If it's a large file it should be compressed into a zip folder. Or if the file is too large to be emailed upload it to dropbox and send us the link.
I don't have a design. Can you guys create it for me? And if so, how much will it cost?
Yes. We have full in house artwork capabilities. We will do basic text layouts at no charge. If you require design work then it's charged at a $40 hourly rate.
How many colors can you print?
We have the capabilities of running up to 8 colors.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been printed. If the apparel has already been ordered from the distributor then a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Can I get a physical proof before I place the full order?
Yes, if your order is 400 pcs or more we'll do it at no charge. Otherwise it's $40 per color printed per design.
What type of payments do you accept? And do I have to pay upfront?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal and check. We require full payment up front for all unqualified customers.
What's your turn time?
Our standard turn time is approximately 5-7 working days for everything done in house. Times can vary depending on the busy seasons. You'll be notified if it'll be longer.
Do you do anything else besides screen printed apparel?
Yes, we offer embroidery, design services, and thousands of promotional products such as business cards, postcards, pens, coffee mugs and much more.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders over $100 in the USA except Alaska and Hawaii. Special ordered garments may incur a shipping charge.
