Custom Screen Printing Quotes

At InnoThread Graphics quotes are ALL INCLUSIVE. That means we don't add setup fees, film charges or anything else for that matter. Even the shipping is free.

In order for us to supply you with a reliable quote you'll need to know the following:

-The style of garment (ex: t-shirt, sweatshirt, etc)

-Quantity of shirts or other garments

-The number of print locations (ex: front only or front and back)

-The number of colors in each print

How is the pricing figured?

With professional screen printing each color in a design is setup and exposed onto a screen. Thus if you had a 4 color design it would take 4 screens to print that design. Once the screens are setup on the press the t-shirts or other garments can be printed quickly.

If staying within a strict budget is necassary it's best to have fewer colors in your design especially if you have a rather small quantity of t-shirts (12-48).

The cost of the garment also plays a huge factor. We normally quote the best and most reasonably priced garment in it's category.

Quality is our top concern. We highly recommend that your artwork be done in a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Rasterized images can work well such as Photoshop files, Jpegs or Tiffs only if they're saved at a minimum of 200 dpi at the correct printable size.
